米国の学生査証（ビザ）等のルール変更について

2026年7月16日、米国土安全保障省 (U.S. Department of Homeland Security)は、学生や報道関係者等に帯する米国査証（ビザ）のルールを変更し、新たなルールを2026年9月15日から適用する旨を発表し、翌17日に同ルールを公表しました。また、学生査証については、8月31日（米国東部時間）に同省によるウェビナーが開催されます。学生査証についての詳細は以下をご参照ください。
