If you have in your possession a Japanese artifact from the Second World War, the Consulate General of Japan at Chicago can, under certain conditions, facilitate its repatriation to its original owners. Please first read the World War II Artifacts document below, and then print, fill out, and submit the Application for the Research on Lost Artifacts form.
