Technology & Information Coordinator for the Japan Information Center will maintain the internet presence of the consulate and create information management systems as needed for various functions. In addition, as part of a small staff, the Technology and Information Coordinator will assist with various other functions.

Job Description

Manage the Consulate's website (Adobe Dreamweaver CS3)
Issue monthly webletters (Adobe Dreamweaver CS3)
Manage our database (MS Access, Excel, etc.)
Assist Japanese cultural presentations, cultural events at the JIC, etc.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Website design experience
Database management experience
Strong computer skills, including but not limited to MS Word and Excel
Demonstrated analytical and communications skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience living in Japan or working in a Japanese environment
