Visa, Passport, and Certificate documents may be submitted only during these times.
9:30 am to 12:15 pm and from 1:15 to 4:00 pm

• Take the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Blue Line train under Terminal 4 to the Washington subway station.
• Transfer to the Red Line train (downstairs and through an underpass tunnel) and take it north (toward Howard) to the Chicago station.
• Exit up through the east exit and walk east along Chicago Avenue.
• Cross Michigan Avenue; the entrance to the Olympia Centre building will be on the right, past Walgreens. 

• Follow the signs that direct you to "Ground Transportation to City."
• Take the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Orange Line train to the State/Lake station in Chicago's Loop.
• Transfer to the Red Line train and take it north (toward Howard) to the Chicago station.
• Exit up through the east exit and walk east along Chicago Avenue.
• Cross Michigan Avenue and the entrance to the Olympia Centre building will be on the right, past Walgreen's. 

• Follow the street exit signs that lead to Canal Street.
• After exiting, locate the bus stop on the west side of Canal Street.
• Take bus #151 and get off at the corner of Chicago and Michigan.
• Walk east on Chicago and the entrance to the Olympia Centre building will be on the right, past Walgreen's.
